To assist new and growing companies, maintain the area’s high-quality labor pool and make possible economic development in the area, Valley City established its Industrial and Technology Parks.
The Technology Park consists of 10 acres to locate and cluster technology companies, while the Industrial Park leverages 18 acres of reserved land and shared, state-of-the-art infrastructure for technology-based companies. The Regional Technology Center, a 20,000 sq.ft. facility that houses a business incubator, customized training and university related programs, is located in the Technology Park. The Industrial Park, located in the northwest corner of Valley City, meets the special requirements of industrial and manufacturing companies.
